I have considered a business plan many times since starting my business in 2021, but I always come down on the side of not needing one (at the moment). This may change in the future, especially if I'm looking to grow or get funding.
Business plans also sound rather scary. Thankfully, you have, as always, broken it down into understandable chunks.
