Hello, Ben here.
The next episode of the indie business club podcast is out on Thursday. Quite frankly, I’m relieved.
I missed our last episode (7) as I was on paternity leave. So Dan Nelken borrowed my mic and sat in my co-host chair.
If you’ve not listened yet, honestly I’d advise you not to. It’s bunkum. Absolute rubbish.
Dan talked all about being an insecure creative, and how the processes he uses to overcome those feelings have helped him become a world-renowned best selling author and course creator who advises some of the biggest ad agencies in the world.
I know, right? 💤
Anyway, enough about the last, disappointing episode featuring international superstar Dan that I definitely DON’T think you should listen to.
On Thursday, we’ll release episode 8, titled Chasing Rainbows. It’s all about business planning.
What is a business plan? Does your small biz really need one? Aren’t they massive and all a bit complicated?
Well, I’m glad you asked. Because that’s exactly what we cover in this show. And we’ve also got a voice note from a man who has literally written the book on business planning, Alastair Thomson.
The new episode is out on Thursday. Which is great ‘cause it means you’ll have something to listen to instead of that previous episode.
As always, you can find us wherever you get your podcasts. And at our website www.indiebusinessclub.com
I’m only joking about the last episode of course. It’s superb! If anything, it’s too good and I don’t want the episode I’m NOT on to be our most popular one. So please make sure you help pump the numbers on one of the ones I am on…
01 Fools Gold: Pricing your projects ft. Tom Garfield and Ange Lyons
02 It’s Oh So Quiet: Finding Clients ft. John Lyons and Bonnie Harrington
03 All Together Now: Communities ft. Mark Masters and Ant Henderson
04 A Little Respect: Client Relationships ft. Jodie Newman and Sophie Cross
05 Flaming Lips: Public Speaking ft. Pascalle Bergmans, Becki Wilson and Nikki Pilkington
06 I Bet You Look Good On The Timeline ft. Dave Harland and Jonathan Wilcock
Don’t forget (as if you could, the amount of times Mel reminds you) to like and review the show wherever you get your podcasts.
